We plan and carry out participatory processes using innovative tools, including VISIS Pyramid, Planning for Real and many more.

What kind of support do we offer?

stakeholder analysis,
planning the consultation process and choosing most effective methods,
conducting workshops with stakeholders and preparing reports,
providing softGIS tools for online consultations based on an innovative tool that we developed – Count on green;
training of facilitators that would like to know how to conduct workshops with stakeholders (eg. representatives of public institutions, companies, NGOs).

What makes our offer unique?

expert knowledge and wide understanding in the field of green areas management and sustainable local development,
use of VISIS Pyramid tools, we are an organization representing the Sustainability Accelerator Group in Poland,
cooperation with an experienced team of trainers and facilitators with various additional specializations (including environmental psychology, environmental protection, architecture).
