The book combines the features of a guidebook for sustainable development professionals and a textbook for those interested in studying this topic.
It not only explains and illustrates the issues discussed, but also serves practitioners in business, local governments and non-governmental organizations, as well as individual people who want to take action for sustainable development.
The content of the book consists of 15 chapters, supplemented with descriptions of tools and case studies originating from Poland, extensively discussed examples of high didactic and practical value. The authors are experienced academic teachers and practitioners. The book was awarded in the contest “For the most accurate editorial layout of the scientific book” of the Wrocław University of Technology as part of the 17th Wrocław Scientific Book Fair, and also received the Rector’s Award of the University of Lodz.
