- The purpose of the data collection is to organise the European Forum on Urban Forestry 2023.
- You have the right to access the content of the data and to rectify, erase or limit its processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and transfer of the data and the right to complain to the supervisory authority competent for your place of residence, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- The provision of data is voluntary but necessary to provide information related to participation in the European Forum on Urban Forestry 2023. In the event of failure to provide data, it will not be possible to participate in the event.
- The data you provide will be made available to EFUF implementers, who will process it in accordance with the privacy policy https://efuf.org/privacy-policy-2/. The recipients of the data will also be institutions authorized by law.
- The data you provide shall not be subject to profiling.
- The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.
- Personal data shall be deleted within five years from the date of the European Forum on Urban Forestry 2023.
